dc.description.abstract	Presented are the minutes of the meeting of the Board of Trustees of Youngstown College on May 25, 1944. This was a special meeting. Enrollment figures were down from 1,044 in 1943 to 786 in 1944, due to the war effort. A total of 753 men and women from YoCo were known to be in active service, with seven faculty members in uniform. Seventeen students were known to have died. Five upcoming graduates (4 in the U.S. Navy, 1 in the American Red Cross) were to receive their degrees in absentia. Candidates were recommended for graduation. The financial report was attached.	en_US
