Abstract:

Presented are the minutes of the special meeting of the Board of Governors of Youngstown College, November 22, 1943. The meeting was called in order to revise the College’s Articles of Incorporation as a prelude to separation from the YMCA and accreditation through the North Central Association. One set represents the official minutes; the other is a draft document.
