dc.description.abstract	Presented is the agenda of the meeting of the Board of Governors of Youngstown College on December 6, 1938. Enrollment figures and a financial statement were presented. New faculty appointments were announced. The YMCA purchased the property at 416 Wick Avenue for the College’s use. The YoCo Law School was severely criticized during an inspection performed by the League of Ohio Law Schools Association. Youngstown College was represented at several college/university presidential inaugurations. The Vindicator was praised for publicizing YoCo’s football games. The record of the College’s initial football season was presented.	en_US
