dc.description.abstract	Presented are the minutes of the meeting of the Board of Governors of Youngstown College on April 28, 1937. Enrollment figures and a financial statement were provided. A “Statement of Incorporation,” separate from the YMCA, was drawn up for Youngstown College and submitted to the State of Ohio. Research into a “Cooperative Educational Program” was shared. The Ohio Department of Education granted Youngstown College the power to grant BS Degrees in Education. The YMCA Executive Committee authorized the remodeling of the YoCo library. Staff changes were announced. Three faculty members were sent to summer school, with pay. Documents are variants of each other.	en_US
