Abstract:
Presented are the minutes of the meeting of the Board of Governors of Youngstown College on November 29, 1932. A committee was appointed to deal with matters pertaining to the Law School. Director Howard Jones reported on enrollment, instructor workloads, bus fares, and the budget for the college. Mr. Jones suggested the creation of a budget committee, with the Board concurring. Other motions that passed included those pertaining to the establishment of a department of education for teacher training, the use of the College auditorium, the appointment of a library committee, and a committee to investigate the refunding of tuition money. Committee reports followed. The leasing of the Trade School Building was approved.
